Health & Safety Services: CPR, First Aid, AED, Life guarding, Water Safety, Babysitting, HIV/AIDS Education, Adaptive Aquatics are just a few of the certification courses offered by our chapter. Armed Forces Emergency Services: Provide 24 hours a day emergency communications to local military families. Provide financial assistance to active duty members, retirees and their families. Blood Services: Collected 8321 units of blood and 1300 platelets products last year in Adams County.

Area 3 Homeless Liaison Project provides information and a coordination of services to the 20 west central IL counties served by the project. ROE Homeless Liaisons are housed at: ROE #1, ROE #22, ROE #26, ROE #27, ROE #33, ROE #38, ROE #46, ROE #48, ROE #51, and ROE #53. The program is coordinated by the Regional Office of Education #26- Hancock/McDonough, Macomb. Lead Liaison is Eileen Worthington.

Services Offered: Assist newborn to elderly with medical assistance. We also offer cash to those who qualify. We administer the food stamp program. We administer the medical programs also known as All Kids and Kidcare programs. We make appropriate referrals to other community agencies. We also work with the Child Care Connection to make available payment for daycare. We also work with Child Support Enforcement to acquire Child Support.

The Cass County Health Department offers many programs for the residents of Cass County and surrounding counties.
