CoC Funding Competition

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness by funding nonprofit agencies and units of local government to rapidly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness, minimize trauma and dislocation, and increase long-term stability through access to housing and supportive services.

HUD released the FY 2025 CoC Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) on November 13, 2025.
