Services include Family Case Management, WIC, Teen Parent Services, immunizations, physicals, school health center, home health, hospice, hearing & vision screening, lead testing, environmental health services, Teen Reach after school and summer programs, family planning, blood work clinics, health screening clinics, prostate screenings, diabetes programs, bio-terrorism and pandemic flu emergency response services, medication management, respite, in-school programs, and many other services.
