Jacksonville Area Center for Independent Living
Jacksonville Area Center for Independent Living is a Non-profit agency serving individuals with disabilities. It is organized to serve people with disabilities in Morgan, Scott, Cass and Mason Counties. JACIL is committed to enabling persons with disabilities to gain effective control of their lives in the home, workplace and community. We work with any kind of disability a person may have and services are free.
